Who we are

Artemio Systems ("we", "us") is a marketing-automation studio that runs customer re-engagement campaigns — SMS and email — on behalf of small businesses. Questions about this policy: info@artemiosystems.com.

What this website collects

Almost nothing. This site has no forms, no accounts, and sets no marketing cookies. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) records standard, short-lived technical logs (IP address, browser type) to serve and secure the site. If you contact us by email, text, or Instagram, we keep that correspondence to reply to you.

SMS program disclosures

We send text messages on behalf of client businesses to their own past customers and leads. For any such program:

• Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP at any time to opt out. Reply HELP for help.
• Consent to receive messages is not a condition of any purchase.
• No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties.

How client lists are handled

• Client customer lists are used solely to deliver the contracted service.
• Lists are never sold, rented, shared, or used for any other client or purpose.
• Opt-outs are honored immediately and permanently.
• Any list is deleted on the client's request or at the end of an engagement.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version is posted here with an updated date. Material changes to how SMS data is handled will be reflected before any further messages send.
